About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and communication. As a key member of our delivery team, you will drive technical projects forward by acting as the connective tissue between our clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams. You’ll be responsible for scoping, planning, executing, and delivering digital solutions—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations. This role requires more than just organization and process—it calls for someone who can ask the right questions to get to the right answers. You’re a translator of complexity: someone who can make highly technical topics digestible for non-technical stakeholders and ensure developers are aligned with real business goals.Just as importantly, you're flexible and pragmatic. You know when to stick to the plan and when to pivot. Whether it’s a shift in client priorities or new technical requirements, you're capable of adjusting course quickly—without losing momentum or clarity. You bring structure and frameworks where needed, but never let them become barriers to progress.
