Despite being the largest mental health company in the nation, LifeStance lacked brand recognition and a unified visual identity across all of its subsidiary clinics. We needed to find a way to achieve top-of-mind awareness amongst patients and clinicians alike, and provide a simplified user experience for quick and easy access to customized care.
We put the user first in all aspects. In addition to infusing humanity into the brand, we tailored the website to meet the needs of the audience. We introduced wayfinding and resources easy to find for users, we also updated the overall look and feel to give it a more modern, refreshed, and approachable look.
